Text: I had such a delightful stay at this charming retreat! The views were absolutely incredible, and the hospitality from the people there was lovely. My room, while not luxurious, was clean and comfortable. The peacefulness of being away from the central city was a nice departure from the crowds and chaos. The highlight for me was watching the city lights at night and witnessing the sunrise over the hills in the morning. It truly surpassed any luxury hotel experience. I highly recommend Villas Casa De Aves to all my friends traveling to Guanajuato. I had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a peaceful countryside setting, away from the noise and traffic of the city center. The rooms are comfortable and the service is welcoming. The breakfast is made with fresh ingredients from the hotel's own gardens.
The location is slightly inconvenient for those looking to be close to the city center.

Loved the rustic charm and natural surroundings of this hotel. the cozy reading room was a nice touch, with plenty of books and entertainment options. the complimentary wine and fresh fruit juice at breakfast were a great way to start the day, and the friendly staff made us feel at home.
Parking area and reception were poorly labeled and gave a bad first impression. Some amenities were not available, including the swimming pool and fountains, and the zipline needs safety inspection.

The hotel was nice, spacious and clean. They offered two complementary snacks in the room that were really good. The location was great, surrounded by beautiful nature and very peaceful. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the common areas.
The communication with the staff was not good. We got lost trying to find the hotel and when we called for directions, the staff member on the phone was not very helpful.

Spacious villas with modern amenities and friendly staff. Quiet location nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Delicious meals served at the romantic restaurant with scenic views.
Run-down wooden decks and poorly constructed reception area. Zipline needs inspection and road access is bad.
